Do we require admin access?
Read-only admin access is ideal. If that isn't possible, we work from exports and screen-share sessions.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Mostly remote, with on-site workshops across Europe or the US when that helps.
Is the health check only for Jira?
No. It covers all Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, JSM, etc.
What happens after the audit?
You keep the plan. If you want us to implement it, we credit the full audit fee if you continue within 30 days.
