Being involved in multiple deployment and operational SaaS projects, going through complete development life cycles and providing consultancy services has helped him grow professionally and improve his technical skills by observing different approaches to different problems.

Vlad brings over a wealth of experience in various tech roles across the IT sector. Starting off as a Java developer, Vlad has successfully transitioned into an Atlassian Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Technical Director and CTO over the past few years, having gained experience in architecture, development, testing, DevSecOps, and agile coaching along the way.
Vlad describes himself as a generalist techie that thrives under stress and tight deadlines. His adaptability to different situations, congeniality and collaborative approach to problem solving have been his greatest strengths throughout his career. His diverse experience is key in finding you the best tools on the market that fit your digital needs or design and implement a solution tailored to your company's unique needs.
