Built by two brothers who got tired of watching transformations fail.
Agile Nest started with a simple observation: most agile transformations don't fail because of the framework. They fail because the tools and the ways of working never connect - Jira says one thing, the roadmap says another, and the workshop outputs die in a drawer.

So we built a consultancy that does both. Vlad brings 18+ years across engineering, architecture, and Atlassian consulting. Filip brings a decade of business strategy and process design. Together with a seasoned senior team, we work hands-on - no 40-slide decks where a working board would do.
